Was doing some research for my company on copier rental and thought that this vendor looked promising.
My boss was contemplating between purchasing a cheaper all-in-one printer over getting a photocopier and we advised him otherwise. Our nature of work is such that we have a lot of scanning to do and a good paper feeder is so important. I am so used to the convenience and speed of using an actual photocopier machine versus an all in one printer. Somehow all-in-one printers tend to be really slow and problematic when we run up the volume.
Although the copier rental will incur a monthly charge + print charges, we felt that since the bulk of our job is in digitizing our documents, it is actually rather worth it to invest in this. We also didn't think it was a good idea to lock up our cash right now in purchasing a brand new photocopier during such uncertain times.
Rental is the way to go! In fact, we are looking at renting several other more expensive equipment instead of purchasing them.
Just hope this covid situation eases up soon so all of us can get a breather.
